By accessing and using icon.dev ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Okto Labs LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with company number OC458551 and registered office at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE19 3BD.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on icon.dev
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Content

• You retain all rights to the icons and content you upload to the Service
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use all content

5. API Usage

• API keys are provided for accessing your project data
• You must keep your secret keys (sk_) confidential
• We reserve the right to rate limit or restrict API access to prevent abuse

6. Payment and Billing

• Some features may require payment
• Billing is handled through our payment processor
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

7. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Okto Labs LLP or icon.dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
